Q: How to make an online order? 


A:

1. Browse and write your favourite items code in a piece of paper. (eg CM3829 - Red, R92903 - Blue, CM3534 - Coffee)
2. Once finished, click on "Buy Now button" or open the purchase Order Form.
3. Fill in all mandatory fields and submit it to us.
4. After received our confirmation email, then proceed to make payment to the bank account number as shown in the email.
5. Tell us after you have made your payment. (Giro / Interbank transfer payment required one (1) working day to process / validate)
6. If the payment is confirmed, your goods will deliver on the next working day.

We will trace very carefully for every single transaction made. Not allowed fraud!



Q: What are the delivery options available at TEEKS?


A:   
Basically, we used mailling service either Pos Laju or Pos Ekspres to deliver your goods. These services are provided by Pos Malaysia.
    
Pos Laju Malaysia
This is the fastest and secure way to receive your goods. It requires signature to receive the parcel. If there is nobody at home, the postman will leave a note to you and you need to bring that note to collect your parcel at your nearest post office as indicated or call 1300-300-300 to ask for re-sending.

Peninsular Malaysia - RM 7.00
Sabah & Sarawak Malaysia - RM 9.00

Additional RM 2.00 for the next 250g

Every parcel has its own unique tracking number. (eg. EMxxxxxxxxxMY)


Pos Ekspres Malaysia
Pos Ekspres is a fast, convenient and economical means of sending sensitive documents based on next day delivery guarantee instead of following the regular delivery schedule! Guaranteed deliver on the next posting day, however it depends on the Next Day Delivery Networks to receive your goods (1-3days depending on the zone area). It does not requires signature to receive the parcel. The postman will drop the envelope to your letter box.

Size 353mm x 250 mm (about A3 size) - RM 4.50

5. All selling items are brand new and exclude postage fees unless otherwise stated.
6. Size and measurement stated must have approximately +/-2cm (apparel) in difference as it was mass production products and it was the common issues. Customer should understand this before place the order.
7. All goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable. 
8. We will not be held of any responsible for the delay, damage or lost incurred during the shipment. However, we will take responsibility to rectify our mistakes if there are wrong items delivered to you.
